It was an early start, due to a bad back, have had it for a week now, wake up in pain, not the screaming type of pain, more of an ache, unfortunately work has been busy, and due to others holidays, have had to go to work and not rest....but then that doesn't always help. If I keep taking the painkillers, it will be fine. I think I might book in for a gentle massage, that could help.
Its the Liskeard Crop today, and I have got some Lo's ready to complete packed in Gary's car, need the bigger car, as Jill is coming down with me...and two ladies crafty bags / trolleys won't fit into the boot of my car !! lol
